Responsibilities: - Recruit personnel using various resources. - Create job profiles and publish vacancy announcements. - Conduct phone and initial interviews with candidates. - Organize candidate interviews with department heads. - Maintain full HR administration for several legal entities with up to 100 employees. - Keep job descriptions and internal regulations up to date.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. - Mandatory experience in personnel recruitment. - Experience in public catering or network companies is an advantage. - Knowledge of HR administration. - Experience with government agencies is desirable. - Higher education is not required.
