HR Manager position in Cyprus, Limassol. Seeking an experienced professional to manage full-cycle HR operations for an international team of ~30 employees. Responsibilities include government liaison, contract management, relocation coordination, and HR systems administration.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take on the full cycle of HR operations and help build processes in an international team. Location: Cyprus, Limassol Team: ~30 employees (growth to 50-60) What needs to be done: — Interact with the Migration Office and government agencies — Manage employment contracts and additional agreements — Work with contractors and service contracts — Coordinate relocation processes (visas, work permits) — Administer HR systems, payroll, and CRM — Communicate with Cyprus government structures (tax office, social services, etc.) — Support employees on all HR issues — Organize internal activities (events, gifts, congratulations) — Work with contractors (contracts, invoices)

What is important: — HR work experience (mandatory) — Experience interacting with government bodies / migration services — Experience relocating employees (especially non-EU) — Skills in working with HR systems and CRM — English + Russian (mandatory) — Greek - will be a plus
