HR Manager

HR Manager responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, CRM management (Bitrix24), updating materials, organizing events, and developing HR brand. Requires 3+ years recruitment experience, B2B sales manager hiring in Moscow. Full-time, 5/2, 9:00-18:00, attractive salary, TC RF.

Responsibilities: - Recruit and manage personnel through the full recruitment cycle. - Handle onboarding of new employees. - Conduct employee training. - Maintain employee databases in CRM (Bitrix24). - Update training materials, regulations, standards, and internal instructions. - Participate in organizing corporate events and developing the company's HR brand.

Requirements: - Candidates with experience in recruiting B2B sales managers in Moscow are considered. - At least 3 years of recruiting experience is mandatory. - Confident PC and CRM systems user. - Responsibility, attentiveness, communication skills.
