HR Manager

HR Manager at Liberty Lines, Moscow. Salary 150,000 RUB. Responsibilities include recruitment, HR records, migration registration, and drafting local regulations.

What to do: - Recruitment. - Maintaining HR records in accordance with legislation and internal regulations. - Migration registration. - Drafting employment contracts, additional agreements, orders, and other HR documents. - Writing local regulatory acts. - Consulting employees on labor legislation and internal company policies.

Requirements: - Higher education (preferably in HR management, law, or economics). - At least 2 years of experience in HR administration. - Knowledge of Russian labor legislation and basics of HR records. - Proficient PC skills (1C ZUP is mandatory).
