HR Manager for GameDev studio Dream Forge. Salary 800-1200. Remote. Middle level. Full-time. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, active candidate search, interviews, improving hiring processes, and team support.

Dream Forge is an indie studio developing PC games (casual / visual novel). We work fast with short development cycles, frequent releases, and a lively team of 20+ people. We are looking for an HR specialist to handle recruitment and help build processes.

1+ year in recruitment (IT / GameDev is a plus) Experience closing various roles Ability to search for and "sell" vacancies English from Intermediate
