Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers for mass and line positions. Onboard and adapt new employees. Collaborate with department heads to fill vacancies. Handle HR record-keeping within own competencies, transfer data to accounting.

Higher education, preferably in psychology, management, or law. At least 3 years of experience in a similar company/field; knowledge of market specifics is a plus. At least 3 years of experience with job boards, social media, and professional communities. Ability to handle a large volume of vacancies and quickly close urgent positions.

Office-based in Saint Petersburg. Salary from 150,000 RUB.
