HR Manager

ENSTRUCT is hiring an HR Manager in Moscow with a salary of 100,000 - 130,000 RUB. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, HR branding, onboarding, and HR process automation.

Responsibilities: - Conduct full-cycle recruitment: from request to offer, including blue-collar, engineering, and office staff. - Participate in forming and developing the HR brand in the labor market. - Develop and conduct adaptation programs for new employees. - Automate and structure hiring and onboarding processes. - Interact with department heads on recruitment and adaptation matters. - Maintain candidate database, build funnels, and work with analytics. - Participate in the development of the company's HR direction.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in recruitment. - Experience with blue-collar and office positions is a plus. - Understanding of adaptation stages and ability to build a smooth entry into the company. - Proactivity and readiness to work in conditions of growth and transformation. - Ability to quickly navigate priorities and interact with employees of different levels.
