HR Manager in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time on-site. Base salary €2,000 + bonuses. Requires 1+ year HR experience in Forex industry.

Looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team on-site in Limassol. Shortened day shift: 11:00 – 18:00.

Minimum 1 year of HR experience, specifically within the Forex industry Hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, screening, and onboarding Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture-building skills Solid knowledge of performance management, KPIs, and local HR compliance/SOPs Experience with payroll oversight, benefits administration, and L&D

Base Salary: €2,000 + Bonuses Full-Time (On-Site) Shortened Day Shift: 11:00 – 18:00
