HR Manager (Affiliate Hiring) - iGaming

HR Manager for iGaming project in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office only. Responsible for recruiting Affiliate Managers and Team Leads.

We are developing an international iGaming project and are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads - from candidate search to onboarding and adaptation. What to do: • Independently search for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, iGaming communities, and referrals. • Conduct initial interviews and assess experience in Affiliate, CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, traffic sources, and partner work. • Must understand Tier 2/3 GEO specifics and have experience hiring specialists working with such markets. • Manage the full recruitment cycle: search → interview → offer → start. • Coordinate onboarding and support candidates during adaptation. • Maintain a funnel and database of potential candidates.

• 2+ years in recruitment, preferably iGaming / betting / casino. • Understanding of affiliate direction and roles of Affiliate Manager / Team Lead. • Experience in proactive search for passive candidates. • Ability to assess real candidate results and personal contribution. • Experience with Tier 2/3 GEO - mandatory. • English from B1. • Independence and result orientation. Nice to have: own network in iGaming, experience closing Affiliate Manager / Team Lead, participation in SiGMA / iGB.

• Fixed part + bonus for each employee who successfully passes the probation period. • KPI on funnel quality and hiring results. • Size of fixed part, bonuses, and KPIs discussed individually.
