Manage the full HR function: recruitment, adaptation, retention, training, and development. Organize full-cycle recruitment. Use various sourcing channels: job sites, candidate databases, direct search, referrals, social media. Develop and maintain onboarding system. Analyze turnover, identify reasons for dismissals and develop retention measures. Prepare and analyze HR metrics: headcount, staffing, turnover, time-to-fill, channel effectiveness. Manage HR budget. Conduct engagement and loyalty surveys, analyze results and develop engagement initiatives. Implement corporate culture project. Form and implement employee training and development system. Prepare regular HR reports.

Higher professional education (HR management preferred). At least 3 years of experience, preferably in chain restaurant companies or food service industry. Experience in organizing remote recruitment. Knowledge of labor legislation. Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of 1C: ZUP, experience with Bitrix24 and implementation of EDI projects.
