HR Director at paper packaging manufacturer MAXS-E. Salary 150,000 RUB per month. Hybrid work in Yekaterinburg (3 days office, 2 remote). Build HR system with owner.

MAXS-E produces paper packaging for companies like Zolotoe Yabloko. We are looking for an HR Director who will build an HR management system together with the owner and will personally implement it and handle daily operations. Responsibilities: - Plan staffing needs, organizational structure, and budget together with managers. - Conduct recruitment of production, office, and management staff. - Build adaptation, mentoring, evaluation, and probation control. - Develop motivation system, work with turnover and retention. - Organize training, leadership development, and talent pool. - Establish internal communications, HR records, and HR analytics. Main result: the company is provided with the right people, employees successfully adapt and achieve expected results.

You have already led HR function and personally implemented processes with measurable results. You understand the specifics of production or line staff, can organize mass and targeted recruitment. You can negotiate with managers, prioritize, work with data, and independently drive tasks to results.

Salary: 150,000 RUB per month. Three days in the office in Yekaterinburg, two days remote. Direct work with the owner. Opportunity to build HR function in an existing production business. Training in AI application at the company's expense and provision of an AI assistant for work tasks.
