MAKS-E produces paper packaging for clients such as Zolotoe Yabloko. We are looking for an HR Director to build a personnel management system together with the owner and personally handle its implementation and daily operations. Responsibilities: — Plan staffing needs, organizational structure, and budget together with managers. — Conduct recruitment for production, office, and management staff. — Establish adaptation, mentoring, evaluation, and probation control. — Develop a motivation system, work with turnover and retention. — Organize training, leadership development, and talent pool. — Set up internal communications, HR records, and HR analytics. Key result: the company is provided with the right people, employees successfully adapt and achieve expected results.

— You have already led the HR function and personally implemented processes with measurable results. — You understand the specifics of production or line staff, able to organize mass and targeted recruitment. — You can negotiate with managers, prioritize, work with data, and independently drive tasks to completion.
