HR Director for distribution network at Mechel Group, a leading mining and metallurgical company. Responsible for HR planning, org structure, compensation, training, and recruitment.

Mechel Group unites over 20 industrial directions, including producers of coal, iron ore, steel, rolled products, ferroalloys, heat and electric power. The company also includes three trading ports, its own transport operators, sales and service networks. The HR Director will lead the distribution network's HR function, including current and long-term headcount planning, organizational structure and staffing schedule formation, improvement of remuneration system and unification of compensation and benefits policies, organization of regular personnel training, and recruitment process organization.
