HR Director

Vostochnaya Gornorudnaya Kompaniya (VGC) seeks an HR Director to transform HR into a strategic partner. Based in Sakhalin, Russia. Relocation support provided.

VGC is one of the largest Russian coal producers with assets in Sakhalin, engaged in extraction, processing, and export of coal to Asia-Pacific markets. The company utilizes digital twins, PULSE system, real-time analytics, automation, and AI. The task is to strengthen and transform the HR function, making it a strategic business partner, building processes from scratch, and implementing changes.

Experience as an HR Director or similar strategic HR role; ability to build processes from scratch and drive change; readiness to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Full relocation support for the employee and family to Sakhalin; opportunity to work in a region of incredible nature.
