HR Director

HR Director at Group of Companies "Liga", a company in furniture and woodworking equipment and service, with subsidiaries in Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan. Location: Moscow, office. Compensation: fixed 350K + quarterly and annual bonuses.

Key tasks: - Building a unified HR strategy model for 2027 within the group of companies - Building a new organizational structure of the group: audit of the current model, elimination of duplication, revision of management levels, areas of responsibility and headcount - Updating the goal-setting and motivation system (management block) - Productivity growth: output per person, efficiency of sales divisions, reduction of the share of payroll in total costs and gross profit without critical deterioration of commercial and service results - AI transformation and process automation

Required experience: - Relevant experience of at least 5 years in the role of HRD / Director of Organizational Development in a company of approximately 250-800 employees, priority - B2B, industry, industrial equipment, technical distribution or service business - Practical experience in organizational transformation and changing organizational structure - Development and implementation of KPIs, motivation and remuneration systems for managers - Assessment of managers, performance management, talent pool and organizational design - Strong HR analytics and understanding of business economics: payroll, revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, budget, productivity - Management of HR team and ability to independently lead complex transformation projects
