HR Director

RUSAL, a leading aluminum producer, is seeking an HR Director for its production site in Guinea, Africa. Requires French language skills. Responsible for HR department management, organizational changes, and local government relations.

Main tasks: planning and coordinating HR department activities, functional distribution of tasks among structural units, monitoring timeliness and quality of work, implementing organizational and staffing changes, building favorable relations with local sub-prefecture representatives.

Knowledge of French language
