HR Director

D Innovate Group is hiring an HR Director in Yekaterinburg (office/hybrid, not remote) to lead the HR function and integrate structure, roles, performance, rewards, and development into a unified system.

We are a federal communication group from Yekaterinburg: 6 agencies, a MarTech company, 300+ employees, and a strong management team. We are looking for a HR Director who will take full responsibility for the HR function and help link structure, roles, effectiveness, rewards, development, and personnel decisions into a single system. Scope of influence: — HR strategy together with the CEO and business leaders; — Organizational design, roles, and responsibilities; — Grades, performance management, and career tracks; — Headcount, payroll, and motivation; — Hiring, onboarding, development, and retention; — Leadership development, HR analytics, and automation. This is not a service role or a position of an executor of HR processes. We need someone who can see the system, make decisions, negotiate with the business, and be responsible for implementation and results.

We will be glad to meet both current HR Directors and strong leaders of large HR departments who are ready to expand their scope of responsibility.

Fixed salary + bonus for HR function results. Income level discussed individually.
