HR Business Partner in 01.tech
01.tech is looking for an HR Business Partner with 3+ years of experience in IT companies to join their iGaming division. The role involves partnering with leadership, workforce planning, onboarding, motivation strategies, HR analytics, and organizational change management. Based in Belgrade, Serbia, with a hybrid work model.
01.tech is an international IT company creating advanced web platforms for iGaming. Our projects are large-scale technological products with a global audience of over 100 million users worldwide. We are currently looking for an HRBP who will become a real partner for managers and help build sustainable HR processes in a growing business. What you will do: - Partnership with managers: adapting HR strategy to business goals; - Workforce planning: headcount planning, recruitment control, job profile creation; - Building onboarding and adaptation processes, and evaluating their effectiveness; - Developing strategies for motivation, engagement, and retention; - Analyzing HR metrics, management reporting, participation in budgeting; - Supporting organizational changes and transformations; - Facilitating communication, mediation, supporting corporate culture; - Optimizing and automating HR processes, implementing strategic HR projects.
We expect: - Experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 3 years in IT companies; - Proven cases of building HR processes from scratch (onboarding → performance → budgeting); - Systematic and analytical approach: working with metrics, making data-driven decisions; - Russian language (native or fluent) and English – from B1. Will be a big plus: - Experience in iGaming or product IT companies with high workload; - Ability to launch HR processes in conditions of rapid growth; - Proactivity and readiness to influence business results.
