Made of Storm is looking for an HR Administrator in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include managing the HRM system, handling HR documents, benefits administration, and office management. Requires experience in HR administration and B2 level English.
The Made of Storm team is seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator. Location: Limassol, Cyprus Key Responsibilities: - Managing the HiBob HRM system (Cyprus) - Handling HR documents - Processing new hires and terminations - Supporting managers - Liaising with relevant teams - Benefits administration - Office management - Organizing business trips
What we expect from you: - Experience in HR administration and/or office management (preferably with international teams and/or Cyprus). - A habit of working accurately and systematically: no data gaps, with regular checks, and a clear document storage structure. - Ability to manage processes "from request to completion": gather data, prepare documents, make changes, transfer information to related teams, and monitor deadlines/signatures. - Confident work with HRM systems (experience with HiBob is a plus), attention to data and documents. - Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher is important.
