The Made of Storm team is seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator/Office Manager. Location: Limassol, Cyprus Key Responsibilities: - Managing the HiBob HRM system (Cyprus) - Handling HR documents - Processing hires and terminations - Supporting managers - Liaising with relevant teams - Benefits administration - Office management - Organizing business trips
What we expect from you: - Experience in HR administration and/or office management (preferably with international teams and/or Cyprus). - A habit of working accurately and systematically: no data gaps, regular checks, clear document storage structure. - Ability to manage processes "from request to result": gather data, prepare documents, make changes, transfer information to related teams, monitor deadlines/signatures. - Proficient in HRM systems (experience with HiBob is a plus), attention to detail with data and documents. - Accuracy, responsibility, ability to handle confidential information. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher is important.
