HR Business Partner for Retail Direction at Golden Apple

Golden Apple seeks an HR Business Partner for its retail direction in Rostov-on-Don, working with a team of 150 across Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, UAE, and Qatar to improve HR processes.

You will help managers implement changes in the HR block and identify weak points after implementation to improve them, control the execution of the payroll budget and personnel costs, participate in employee development and motivation, form a talent pool for leadership positions, and initiate projects to increase employee loyalty.
