HR Business Partner for IT direction at 2GIS in Novosibirsk. Responsible for HR metrics, supporting critical HR issues, implementing HR projects, preparing HR statuses and recommendations, participating in structure and headcount discussions.

The 2GIS team is looking for an HR partner to help the business make quality decisions about people, teams, structure, headcount, retention, and development. In this role, you will work with HR metrics, together with HR functions support critical HR issues and implement HR projects in departments, prepare HR statuses, conclusions, recommendations, and action plans for managers, participate in discussions of structure and headcount, check the validity of requests for new positions.
