Ozon, a fast-growing e-commerce platform, seeks an HR BP to support business in all HR areas, develop motivation systems, and manage employee evaluation and development.

Support the business in all HR directions such as workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, internal communications, and turnover management. Develop and implement employee motivation systems together with the business, and form and develop a system for regular employee evaluation, training, and development.
