Company 4BLANC is looking for a Head of SMM to lead their social media strategy. The role involves content creation, growth management, and leveraging AI tools. Salary range: 130,000 - 180,000 RUB. Fully remote.

Responsibilities: - Formulate the visual and textual style of the brand across all channels: Instagram, Telegram, VK, TikTok, etc. - Manage content production from idea to post, assign tasks to designers and copywriters. - Be responsible for growth: reach, engagement, conversions. Weekly review metrics and understand how to influence their growth. - Confidently use advanced neural networks as a full team member: generate images, texts, scripts, and analytics faster than competitors. Can you set up a content factory, build a team of 4-5 neuro-bloggers, and implement the latest AI technologies? Then you are definitely our candidate!

Requirements: - SMM management experience of 3+ years. You have cases you are proud of. - Proficient with Instagram, Telegram, VK, TikTok algorithms and know how to make them work for the brand. - You know how to manage people so that they themselves want to do better. - You write so that the text is read to the end. Or you generate it - but the result is the same. - You are not afraid of numbers. KPIs, metrics, hypotheses are your work tools. - Most importantly: you already use AI in SMM daily. Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway are your gentleman's set.
