Head of Sales
Head of Sales position in Limassol. Owns Lead-to-FTD conversion engine, scaling operations by building and optimizing call centers. Requires 5+ years of sales leadership in CFD, Forex, Fintech, or iGaming, and B2+ English.
As Head of Sales, you will own the entire Lead-to-FTD conversion engine. Your mission is to scale operations by building and optimizing high-performing internal and outsourced call centers. You’ll sit at the crossroads of marketing, CRM, and analytics, ensuring high speed-to-lead and predictable unit economics. This is a high-impact role critical to our global success. What You Will Do • Own the Funnel: Manage end-to-end Lead → FTD conversion across all channels (Paid, Affiliate, IB). • Accountability: Drive FTD volume, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency. • Call Center Management: Lead internal and outsourced teams, managing quality, SLAs, and capacity. • Optimization: Oversee CRM pipelines, lead routing, and automation to ensure a seamless handoff to retention. • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Payments to foster a performance-driven sales culture.
• Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership within CFD, Forex, Fintech, or iGaming. • Call Center Expertise: Proven track record managing large-scale operations and technical stacks (dialers, telephony, AI QC). • Analytical Mindset: Expert-level command of KPIs, dashboards, and cohort data. • Language: B2+ English (Spanish is a major plus).
