Head of Sales
Head of Sales for an accredited IT company. Remote work with flexible employment options. Responsibilities include managing the sales department, improving sales processes, and client acquisition. Requires IT/SaaS/B2B sales experience and team management skills.
• Manage the sales department effectively according to the company's strategy to attract clients (through warm and cold sales); • Recruit, onboard, train, develop, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of all sales department employees; • Build the sales process and increase conversion rates; • Evaluate monthly sales plan performance and develop plans for improvement; • Optimize existing sales channels and develop new ones to generate company profit; • Formulate and execute a monthly cold lead plan; • Conduct demo calls and negotiations with clients; • Develop sales department standards and regulations, and client interaction scenarios; • Deeply understand the technical details of the product; • Participate in industry conferences.
• 3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B; • Experience managing a sales department of 3+ people; • Ability to negotiate and defend your position; • Proficient in CRM systems and task trackers; • English language - upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
