Head of Sales (LATAM) Remote. Manage the sales vertical (~50 people), own the sales funnel, scale the team, optimize CRM and processes. Requires Head of Sales experience in B2C, managing a team of 20+ people, fluent Spanish.
Manage the entire sales vertical (~50 people): Booking/Sales Managers, team leads, QA Own the funnel from lead to payment: conversions, CAC, average check, revenue Scale the team: hiring, onboarding, coaching, retention Optimize CRM, scripts, sales processes, and manager training Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and processing speed Implement AI tools for quality control and sales support
Head of Sales experience in B2C, managing a team of 20+ people Proven experience in scaling revenue and building predictable sales processes Deep expertise in funnels, CRM, metrics (CAC, conversions, unit economics) Fluent Spanish (language of the team and clients) English - working level Experience in EdTech or international B2C projects - a plus
Directly report to the COO. Cross-functional interaction with marketing, product, analytics, HR.
