Head of Sales

Head of Sales for Alanbase. Remote work with location in Russia, CIS, Baltics, Europe. Requires 3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B and sales department management skills.

Alanbase is looking for a Head of Sales.

3+ years of sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B; Experience managing a sales team of 3+ people; Ability to conduct negotiations and defend your position; Proficient in CRM systems and task trackers; English language - at least B2 level will be an advantage for conducting demo calls. Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus. Will be a plus: • Experience in administering production applications on PHP • Advanced Git/GitHub workflows, including branching strategies and code review.

Work according to the Russian production calendar and time zone. Work format: remote.
