Head of Sales
Head of Sales at NewIT. Focus on fintech and e-commerce. Responsibilities include commercial strategy, partner ecosystem development, and managing complex deals. Offers fixed salary + commission.
Forming commercial strategy. Developing the partner ecosystem. Supervising complex, integrated deals (web-sites, B2B services, CRM) during presale and contract stages. Pre-sale: analyzing requirements, decomposition, estimating effort, preparing proposals. Managing deals in Bitrix24, developing partner programs.
Experience in successful sales (custom development, fintech, B2B portals, complex backend). Ability to independently conduct in-depth project assessments: from requirements analysis to cost estimation and proposals. Understanding of web development processes and project lifecycle.
Office-based (Minsk, Sportivnaya metro). Fixed salary + % of paid deals (discussed individually). Medical insurance. Work-life balance: regular non-formal activities for recharging and team bonding.
