We are looking for an experienced and strategically thinking Head of Sales to lead a team of managers and ensure sales conversion and efficiency growth in our team. If you know how to inspire a team, make data-driven decisions, and achieve high results - we are on the same path. ▪️ Key Responsibilities: ▫️ Sales team management and development: hiring, training, goal setting, motivation, and KPI control. ▫️ Analysis of department performance, implementation of systemic improvements, and process optimization. ▫️ Work with lead generation and traffic processing, control of lead communication quality. ▫️ Development and continuous improvement of the sales funnel, monitoring its effectiveness. ▫️ Manager performance control.
▪️ Requirements: ▫️ Sales department management experience of 1 year or more (Forex/trading/investment niche - will be a big plus). ▫️ Experience with cold traffic. ▫️ Deep understanding of all sales processes. ▫️ Experience working in a team with revenue of at least 10 million per month. ▫️ English language proficiency at C1 level or higher. ▫️ Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, and ability to motivate people. ▫️ Understanding of key Forex market concepts and trading basics is required. ▫️ Willingness to work at a fast pace, make decisions, and take responsibility for results.
