Head of Sales Department at Edadil, Yandex. Responsibilities include sales management, planning, and team leadership. Hybrid work in Moscow.
Manage sales to achieve planned targets, conduct negotiations, attract new partners, and develop the current client base. Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and department KPIs, segment the client base, and define priority areas. Recruit and hire sales managers, organize onboarding and training for new employees, set tasks and monitor their execution, and evaluate employee performance (KPIs).
Experience in digital, retail media, or FMCG sales. Managed a sales team as GKAM or Head of Sales for at least three years. Built a sales team from scratch. Negotiated with key company representatives and closed large contracts. Ability to motivate the team, set ambitious goals, and be responsible for their achievement. Willingness to independently solve routine tasks and manage multiple clients or projects.
