Head of PR (B2B)

Communication Group R.I.M. / Interium seeks a Head of PR (B2B). Salary 180,000–250,000 RUB. Responsibilities: comprehensive PR support for large client projects, communication strategies, team and project economics management.

Comprehensive PR support for large client projects at all stages. Develop communication strategies and creative concepts (including for E-commerce tasks). Manage the project team: task allocation, tracking, control of deadlines and quality. Responsible for project economics: calculation, defense and approval of estimates, control of margins and budgets. Maintain continuous communication with clients, conduct presentations and negotiations, initiate upsells. Select contractors and monitor fulfillment of their obligations. Participate in preparation of tender proposals and commercial presentations. Contribute to development of the international direction (CIS, China, Turkey markets). Monitor KPI achievement, maintain regular and financial reporting, oversee document flow.

Proven experience in a PR or communications agency with large B2B clients. Experience managing digital and PR projects for at least 1 year. Practical skill in independently developing and defending PR strategies. Strong budgeting skills: calculating estimates for different periods, auditing expenses, understanding unit economics and margins. Experience managing a cross-functional project team. Higher education (PR, marketing, management, economics or international relations). Advanced negotiation and presentation skills. Understanding of the specifics of CIS, China and Turkey markets (media consumption, cultural features) will be an advantage.

Salary from 180,000 to 250,000 RUB. Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Work schedule: 5/2, 10:00–19:00. Hybrid format: 4 days in the office (Mon–Thu), Friday remote.
