Company "A7" is hiring a Head of Personnel Assessment Department in Moscow to build and develop a comprehensive employee assessment system.

— Create, develop and improve a unified personnel assessment system in the company. — Form a methodology for assessing professional, managerial and corporate competencies. — Organize and control regular assessment of employees, managers and talent pool. — Develop and update assessment tools, competency models, job profiles and performance criteria. — Participate in the development and implementation of programs for assessing and developing managerial potential. — Participate in forming the talent pool, succession planning and talent development. — Prepare reports on personnel assessment results. — Automate and digitalize assessment processes.

— Experience as a head of a personnel assessment department for at least 3 years. — Experience in financial companies (desirable). — Practical experience with a well-structured personnel assessment system. — Deep understanding of modern methods for assessing employees and managerial potential. — Experience in developing and implementing competency models, assessment procedures and methodological materials. — Experience in team management and organizing the work of a functional department. — Professional certificates in assessment, talent management or organizational development.
