MZ Arsenal is a full-cycle machine-building enterprise: from procurement to machining and assembly, occupying a significant place in the Russian market in development and production of spacecraft, modern technical equipment for ships and marine equipment. The company is looking for a Deputy HR Director who will be entrusted with developing the HR strategy of the design bureau in line with production plans, managing HR budgets and payroll, organizing recruitment, implementing adaptation and mentoring programs, developing new organizational structure, job profiles and skills matrices, as well as developing corporate culture and internal communications.
