Head of Mobile Development for a mobile bank, salary from 400,000 RUB, managing a team of 20 including leads, developers, QA, analysts, DevOps, designers. Responsible for product development, hiring, and delivery.

Team of 20 people: direction leads, developers, QA, analysts, DevOps, design. Reports to the Head of Development. The role is managerial: you don't write production code, but you read it and participate in key architectural decisions. Stack: KMP (iOS / Android) | Kotlin Multiplatform Web / frontend / PWA / mini-app | Vue / Quasar Backend | Java / Spring. Responsibilities: product development, launching applications and PWA to clients, availability and incident resolution, hiring and developing leads, delivery predictability for the business.

5+ years in development management, teams of 15+ people; experience managing through leads, not directly managing twenty people; you have brought a product to production, not just maintained a working one; participated in legacy replacement with migration of live clients; fintech or bank experience is mandatory; technical background in backend or mobile development, specific language not important.
