Head of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

Director of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity for a banking project in Cambodia, $12,000 gross, relocation package and housing guaranteed.

Define and implement infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies, technology roadmaps, architectural standards, operational procedures, and best engineering practices in line with the bank's business goals. Oversee corporate infrastructure including local data centers, physical and virtual servers, storage systems, networks, Windows/Linux platforms, and hybrid cloud environments. Lead cloud and platform engineering including Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Lead cybersecurity operations including threat detection, security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and deployment of corporate security solutions such as SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, firewalls, and IAM. Manage infrastructure and cybersecurity budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, technology lifecycle, vendor relationships, resource utilization, and cost optimization.

At least 10 years of experience in corporate IT infrastructure, operations, or cybersecurity, including at least 7 years in a leadership role, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong technical knowledge of corporate data centers, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure. Clear understanding of Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of infrastructure and security automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, orchestration, and automated operations. Strong expertise in cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and enterprise security technologies. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CKA, ITIL, etc.) are an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary: $12,000 gross. Office in Cambodia, relocation package and housing guaranteed. Position involves relocation to Cambodia and employment with the client.
