Head of Technical Audit Direction

Sber is hiring a Head of Technical Audit Direction in Moscow, with 5+ years of experience. Salary: 300,000–450,000 RUB. Full-time, office.

Responsibilities: • Conducting comprehensive audits (assessment of processes and technical controls) of IT and cybersecurity in group companies. • Development of reports with recommendations based on audit results for audited companies and block management. • Development, coordination, and control of execution of action plans based on audit results. • Participation in the development and improvement of the group's cybersecurity management methodology (subsidiaries and dependent companies of the bank). • Consulting bank employees / cybersecurity divisions of subsidiaries on cybersecurity issues, audit procedures, etc. • Conducting training sessions for group companies in the field of cybersecurity. • Conducting on-site technical cybersecurity audits by order of management.

• Knowledge of Russian and international cybersecurity standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS, 152-FZ, 187-FZ, FSTEC and FSB orders, etc.). • Knowledge of network security methods and network protocols (OSI, TCP/IP stack). • Knowledge of basic principles and methods of attacks on information systems, understanding of defense methods. • Deep knowledge of major threats to web applications and defense methods. • Deep knowledge of protection of endpoint devices of Windows and *nix families. • Practical skills in creating reporting materials and developing organizational and administrative documents. • Knowledge and experience in building core cybersecurity processes (incident management, vulnerability management, change management, etc.). • Broad knowledge in IT and cybersecurity with deep expertise in several areas. • Proficiency in using AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
