Lead Infrastructure/Security Engineer (Team Lead Cyber Security & SysAdmin)

Lead Infrastructure and Security Engineer for an iGaming holding to build centralized IT security and infrastructure management. Remote, salary $4,500-8,000 net.

Design and build from scratch a centralized IT security and infrastructure management system for the group of companies. Manage access (IAM/SSO, Active Directory/Entra ID), network security (VLAN, routing, VPN), endpoint management (MDM), implement DLP systems (monitoring, USB control, logging), ensure software and AI security (audit extensions, integrations, secure AI assistant), corporate security (2FA, centralized email/messengers, incident response), and mobile security (BYOD, corporate SIM, remote wipe).

At least 5 years of experience as IT Security Engineer, Senior SysAdmin, or Infrastructure Engineer. Practical experience building and administering IT infrastructure from scratch. Deep knowledge and practical experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf), IAM/SSO, Active Directory/Entra ID. Expertise in networks (VLAN, routing, VPN) and practical experience implementing DLP systems. Experience in iGaming is a significant advantage.

Fully remote work from anywhere in the world. High degree of autonomy: independent architectural decisions and building processes from scratch. Salary from $4,500 to $8,000 net.
