Head of HR Department

Head of HR department to lead a team of three, manage full-cycle HR administration, recruitment, HR analytics, budgeting, and organizational development for a 750-employee organization. Requires 5+ years of HR experience, 2+ years in management, strong knowledge of Russian labor law, analytical and communication skills.

Manage and administer the HR department (three subordinates) with an organization of 750 staff units. Organize full-cycle HR administration processes: hiring/transfers/terminations, maintaining and storing personal files, filling out/accounting/storing work books, military registration, ensuring personal data security. Provide full support for the company's HR processes: posting vacancies, candidate search, conducting phone and in-person interviews, interaction with department heads, motivation and retention. Consult employees on labor legislation issues. Prepare official responses to requests and inquiries, timely submission of reports to government authorities. Organizational development and workforce planning (staffing schedule, organizational structure, labor intensity analysis). Participate in the development of corporate culture and internal communications. Monitor and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports for company management, develop measures to achieve target indicators. Control the budgeting process for all aspects of personnel management (payroll, benefits, training, adaptation) and analyze budget execution.

Higher professional education. At least 5 years of experience in the field. At least 2 years of experience in managerial positions. Confident knowledge of the Russian Labor Code. High analytical abilities, ability to work with numbers, draw conclusions and identify relationships, compose justifications and calculations. Confident communication skills, ability to build partnerships with managers at various levels. Confident PC user: MS Office (Excel mandatory), 1C ZUP, Kontur.Extern; experience with Directum is desirable.
