Head of HR Department (HRD)

Head of HR (HRD) at an international financial company in Paphos, Cyprus. Office-based role managing HR team, mass recruitment, HR analytics; salary €5,000–€7,000 per month.

International financial company seeks a Head of HR to manage the HR team, build processes and ensure hiring plans are fulfilled. The position is for a manager ready to work at a high pace, make quick decisions and get involved in tasks when needed. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of recruiters, HR and People Partners. - Organize mass recruitment. - Form and develop the HR department team. - Control the fulfillment of hiring plans. - Work with HR analytics: recruitment funnels, conversions, time-to-fill, turnover and reasons for dismissal. - Build adaptation, retention and employee development processes. - Work with department heads and promptly close their staffing needs. - Independently handle administrative recruitment and close office vacancies of various levels. - Personally get involved in sourcing, interviews and candidate assessment when necessary. - Improve and automate HR processes.

Experience managing an HR team. Mandatory experience in mass recruitment. Ability to independently close administrative and office vacancies. Understanding of HR analytics and ability to work with figures. Flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to business tasks. Stress resistance and ability to work with a large volume of tasks. Ability to not only set tasks for the team, but also get involved in work. Result orientation, responsibility and high work pace.
