AI SaaS company Bridgeapp.ai is hiring a Head of GTM / Solution Sales in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include developing GTM strategy, conducting discovery meetings, and demonstrating product value. Requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS/GTM/Solution Sales with AI solutions experience.

In AI SaaS company Bridgeapp.ai, the position of Head of GTM / Solution Sales (AI & Process Optimization) is open. Location: Limassol, Cyprus Format: Office Key tasks: build and scale the go-to-market strategy for the AI SaaS product conduct discovery meetings with clients and deeply understand their processes find opportunities for AI automation and business process optimization demonstrate the product and show the value of the solution through real cases and ROI develop the pipeline, test new growth channels, and improve sales processes closely interact with product and technical teams to package solution use cases

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / GTM / Solution Sales strong experience in selling AI solutions, automation, or process optimization tools understanding of how to sell AI to businesses through value and ROI, not just features strong consultative sales, discovery, and solution demo skills understanding of automation, integrations, API, or AI tools experience in iGaming / betting / gaming-tech will be a big advantage Russian - mandatory, English - Intermediate+
