Head of Growth

Head of Growth for a Web3, fintech, and trading product. Remote, full-time, from $3k/month. Build GTM plan, launch and optimize acquisition channels, own growth economics and product data.

Product at the intersection of Web3, fintech, and trading. Responsibilities: - Build a go-to-market plan: first audience, channels, message, and budget. - Propose and launch initiatives: advertising, collaborations with other projects, partnerships, influencers, referral programs, events. - Own marketing channels: launch new channels, scale working ones, close non-working ones. - Calculate acquisition economics: cost per user per channel and where a channel stops paying back. - Work with internal product data: user journey from first touch to first forecast and return. - Act as a customer for new product features and changes, and verify whether they delivered results. - Test hypotheses on a small budget and make decisions based on numbers.

- 3–4+ years in growth marketing in crypto, betting, iGaming, trading products, or free-to-play games. - Responsible for acquisition with measurable results: how many users came, cost per user, how many converted to action. - Launched a product or direction to market, launched channels from scratch. - Can name self-initiated initiatives and bring them to result. - Calculates acquisition economics: user cost, channel payback. - Works with product data, not only ad accounts. - Able to attract users when major ad platforms are closed to crypto and gambling. - Formulates product requests so they can be taken into work. - Candidates located in Russia and Asia are not considered. Nice to have: - Experience in prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, and analogues). - Connections in crypto: projects for collaborations, influencers, communities. - Experience in an early product or with a small budget. - Experience with retention mechanics: bonuses, missions, levels, cashback. - Built growth themselves in a small team rather than managing a department in an established structure.
