Responsibilities: - Own the strategy, budget, and KPIs of the channel: CAC, LTV, ROI, revenue - Scale the ambassador program worldwide - Build commissions, referral mechanics, and partner motivations - Attract strong affiliates, KOLs, and community leaders - Build and lead a team

5+ years in affiliate, referral, ambassador, or partnership channels Experience building and scaling such programs with measurable results Understanding of unit economics, funnels, and attribution English C1+ Big plus: crypto, fintech, iGaming, trading, and own network of affiliates or KOLs
