GoMining builds a new-generation Bitcoin economy: mining, payments, and Bitcoin finance in one ecosystem. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of partner growth: ambassadors, referral programs, affiliates, and growth partnerships. The goal is to turn them into a predictable and profitable acquisition channel. Responsibilities: - Own strategy, budget, and channel KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROI, revenue. - Scale the ambassador program worldwide. - Build commissions, referral mechanics, and partner motivations. - Attract strong affiliates, KOLs, and community leaders. - Build and lead your own team.

5+ years in affiliate, referral, ambassador, or partnership channels. Experience building and scaling such programs with measurable results. Understanding of unit economics, funnels, and attribution. English C1+. Big plus: crypto, fintech, iGaming, trading, and your own network of affiliates or KOLs.
