Head of Growth / Revenue for a B2B AI company. Responsibilities include scaling revenue, optimizing sales funnels, and improving product packaging. Salary range: $2500 - $5000 per month. Remote or hybrid (Moscow).
We have a strong product combining AI, CRM, analytics, and customization, offering superior solutions compared to standard offerings. Our current focus is on scaling revenue. The role involves building and scaling the lead-to-deal funnel, enhancing product packaging and offers, implementing upsell strategies to increase average check and LTV, integrating marketing and sales into a unified system, and rapidly testing and scaling hypotheses.
Experience in B2B SaaS / AI / digital. Proven track record of revenue growth beyond marketing. Understanding of unit economics. Ability to sell complex products. High degree of independence and self-direction.
Full-time employment with a flexible schedule (6/1, but availability during working hours is crucial). Remote or hybrid (if located in Moscow). Fixed salary from $2500 to $5000 per month. Percentage of revenue growth. Direct impact on product and strategy with significant growth potential. Payments on the 1st and 16th of each month (BEP-20). NDA agreement required (verified via passport data and video call).
