Head of Enterprise Sales
Head of Enterprise Sales for a B2B infrastructure platform for banks, fintech, and digital assets. Requires a hunter and builder with experience in complex fintech sales and a hands-on approach. Full-time, Moscow/hybrid.
We are building an infrastructure B2B platform for banks, fintech, and the digital asset market. We are a Skolkovo resident and are at the epicenter of the largest financial market restructuring in the Russian Federation in the last 10 years. This is not a "support" role. We need a Hunter and Builder - a person who will take the product and turn it into a dominant solution in the CIS and Global market. A person who does not wait for "warmed-up leads", but opens doors to the decision-makers of the largest banks and fintech holdings themselves. What is the product? Hardcore platform for regulated fintech: ▫️Modules: Exchange, Brokerage, Custody, Wallet, Accounting. ▫️Compliance: KYC/AML/KYT and full Back-office. ▫️Format: White-label, complex integrations, Enterprise SaaS & On-prem. Tasks: ▫️Personal sales: You will personally approach banks, payment systems, and crypto-infrastructure projects. You will manage the deal from the first cold contact to the "liquidity flow". ▫️Go-to-market in CIS and beyond: Package a sales story from scratch for the new realities of regulation in 2026. ▫️Strategy: Work in direct conjunction with the CEO. You will determine which features we develop tomorrow to close a million-dollar deal today. ▫️Team: As soon as you confirm the model and close the first contracts, you will assemble and lead the enterprise sales team.
Who we are looking for: ▫️Experience in "complex" fintech: You have sold heavy software (Core Banking, RegTech, Anti-fraud). You understand the difference between SaaS for SMEs and implementation in the banking system. ▫️Knowledge of CIS specifics: You are aware of how procurement works in large structures and how to overcome bureaucratic dead ends. ▫️Hands-on approach: We don't need a "manager of managers". We need someone who can and loves to close deals themselves. ▫️Networking: Live contacts in banks, fintechs, or regulators will be a huge advantage.
