Head of Content for Personal Brand of Expert Sasha Goncharova at New Sence Online School
Seeking a Head of Content to manage the personal brand of expert Sasha Goncharova and contribute to the New Sence online school. Responsibilities include content strategy, team management, and performance analysis. Requires 2+ years of marketing leadership experience.
1. Content for Sasha's personal brand (Instagram, personal Telegram): – develop monthly/quarterly/annual content strategy; – create content plans and monitor their implementation; – set clear tasks, control deadlines and quality of work (copywriters, designers, reels makers); – write scripts for stories; – work closely with the Reels specialist: control quality, analyze metrics, understand what works and what doesn't; – develop the team, provide constructive feedback to improve content quality and maintain Tone of Voice; – build effective communication with the expert (Sasha): proactively gather information for content, manage expectations, synchronize plans; – create or implement a transparent content production and approval system (regulations, checklists), minimizing iterations and rush jobs. 2. Content for the online school (limited): – manage the school's platform at a basic level: case studies, news, events; – ensure the platform is up-to-date, without full content management. 3. Work with the database and CRM: – in conjunction with the CRM marketer, write tasks for warm-up and sales sequences; – participate in database work both during launches and between them. 4. Growth of personal brand's media presence: – be responsible for attracting new subscribers and audience retention; – monitor engagement; – initiate media activities: joint Reels, collaborations, format testing, etc. 5. Launches: – during launches, write the strategy and implement sales content with a copywriter: Telegram bot, e-mail, sales Telegram channel for the launch; – ensure the personal brand and sales channels work in coordination; – maintain weekly/monthly reporting on key metrics (growth, engagement, registrations) and present findings and action plans to management; – manage the number of registrations for sales events, as well as attendance at sales events.
– experience in marketing leadership for at least 2 years; – experience working in online schools or with experts/professionals in the digital environment. Not a "soft niche", not e-commerce, and not marketplaces; – understanding of how to build a personal brand promotion strategy; – ability to work independently: do not wait for tasks and do not depend on constant checks; – ability to decompose goals, plan resources, and manage tasks in conditions of multitasking and tight deadlines; – ability to create regulations, ToV guides, and implement processes that work, not just sit in a folder; – ability to build trusting and productive relationships with demanding experts, to be their "safe haven" and support.
