Head of Influence at Home Digital School
Home Digital School is looking for a Head of Influence. Remote work, full-time. Responsibilities include developing an influence marketing strategy, managing the media plan and team. Requires 2+ years of experience in EdTech.
Home Digital School is an online school for digital drawing. Our students are digital artists taking their first steps towards their dream of mastering drawing skills for careers in the CG industry, specifically in games and book illustration. What you will do: — Develop an influence marketing strategy as a key traffic channel; — Manage the media plan: budgeting, allocation, performance monitoring; — Ensure achievement of target metrics for ROMI, CPL, CAC; — Develop analytics, reporting, and transparent procurement tracking systems; — Conduct A/B tests, test new ad formats, offers, and sources; — Establish business processes within the department: documentation, knowledge base, regulations, CRM; — Develop a strong and self-organized influence marketing team; — Automate processes, implement AI solutions in team operations: text generation, placement analysis, data collection; — Personally oversee the most important and high-budget integrations, make decisions on budgets, formats, and partner selection; — Collaborate with Performance, Product Marketing, SMM, and Sales teams.
Requirements: — 2+ years of experience as Head of Influence Marketing in EdTech or related niches; — 2+ years of team management experience (team of 5+ people); — Successful experience in purchasing integrations and placements (YouTube, Telegram, VK); — Experience with budgets of 10 million ₽/month or more; — Understanding of unit economics (ROMI, CPL, CAC, LTV); — Experience in EdTech or digital products with a long sales funnel; — Experience launching and scaling various formats: integrations, lead magnet funnels, subscription mechanics, UGC, ambassador models, and other hybrid scenarios; — Media planning skills: budget allocation across channels, offers, and weeks; — Experience with CRM and BI systems (Bitrix24, DataLens, or similar); — Real-world case studies of scaling and ROI growth. — Experience in large EdTech companies and working with solid educational products (professions, hobbies, long decision-making cycles) will be a plus.
