Head of Accounting & Reporting

International product holding Centro seeks Head of Accounting & Reporting. Based in Limassol, Cyprus. Lead monthly closings, IFRS reporting, payroll, tax compliance, and a team of 5+. Salary not specified.

Lead monthly closing for all legal entities of the group. Prepare consolidated IFRS reporting. Oversee payroll and tax compliance across countries. Establish accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls. Coordinate external audits. Manage a team of 5+ people. Automate processes: ERP, BI, AI tools.

5+ years in accounting and reporting, including 1–2 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation experience. Experience with multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, and currencies. Advanced Excel and experience with ERP. Fluent English. Nice to have: experience in Big 4, fintech, payment or digital companies, work with Odoo, experience in financial process automation.
