Lead Accountant for Multiple Companies

Lead Accountant for several companies in Moscow, from 138,000 RUB/month, full-time, on-site.

Accounting for several small companies engaged in various activities: finance (loans, contributions to charter capital), services, rental, commercial property developer (contracting method), etc. Managing all accounting areas under OSNO, including payroll (1-2 part-timers). Preparing and submitting accounting reports (quarterly), annual reports with notes, tax, statistical reports, and reports to the Social Fund of Russia. Interaction with tax and other regulatory authorities (reconciliations, explanations, document submissions). Working in 1C: Accounting 8.3.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles for assets, liabilities, and financial results. Experience preparing full set of financial statements, including notes. Knowledge of tax and contribution calculation: VAT, corporate income tax, property tax, land tax, insurance premiums. Familiarity with separate VAT accounting and simplified tax system. Experience with VAT reimbursement is a plus. Strong ability to read regulatory documents, including the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and accounting standards. Willingness to learn new things.
